Shipping
We offer ‘FREE SHIPPING’ on fragrances, orders over $99 and $10 flat rate shipping on all other orders.

International shipping is available on our eBay. Click here to view.

Processing Time
After order has been submitted items generally take 2-5 business days to prepare for shipment. Holidays and weekends are excluded.

Tracking
A message will be sent to customers email once the items have been shipped.

Delivery Services
USPS, UPS, EMS, DHL, FedEx, Postal Service, etc.

Delivery Time
Most items take 5-7 business days to deliver. ‘Standard’ shipment items are generally delivered within 2-3 weeks. ‘Expedited’ shipment items will be delivered within 1-2 weeks. Please refer to the items description for estimated delivery. If your items have not arrived within 30 business days please send us a message via our ‘Contact Us‘ page.

Returns
At Nibor Boutique, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Purchases are eligible for return if returned within 7 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item will no longer be eligible for return.

All returns will incur a 15% Restock Fee. Return shipping cost must be covered by the customer. Tracking information is required once the return has shipped.

Returns must be received in the same condition as sent with original packaging. Once received we will inspect the return. If approved, we will issue a partial refund for the amount paid minus the 15% restock fee.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit edible, monogrammed or personalized items.

We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all of our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.
